What are the payment options?
You can purchase with credit card directly with recurring payments or use wire transfer only for upfront commitment plans. Partner channel can also provide other payment options according to your relationship.
Do we have to pay upfront for commitment plans?
No, commitment plans with upfront payments have additional discounts, but you can also use this plans with monthly or annual billing options, for instance you can get annual commitment plan with monthly payments.
Do I have to continue with same purchase model?
No, you can change your purchase model or plan at renewal date without losing access to your data.
Can I change user seat count after purchase?
Yes, all plans allow to increase licenses within commitment period but if you need to decrease licenses within commitment period it cannot be done due to discounts applied in commitment plans.
Do Cloud and on-premises versions require different plans?
No, you can use same licenses both for cloud and on-premises versions. This model also designed for customers planning to move their email platform from on-premises to cloud such as Exchange Server to Microsoft 365.
What will happen if my license count is changed in time?
You will be charged for additional licenses you use periodically. Periods will be determined by your pricing plan.
